I think that is a very debatable statement. The "fastest" and "easiest" way? There are a LOT of expenses in Offline marketing and it's MUCH more difficult to track the results of which methods are working and which ones aren't.
First, you have to hire a graphic designer to create the flyers, brochures, posters, signs, news paper ads, etc. that you're going to be using. This can get very expensive, very quickly! Then you have to choose which media outlet you're going to use. Direct mail typically has about a 1% efficiency rate...so, for every 100 post cards you mail 99 of them get dumped in the trash as "junk mail".
Then, once you are getting orders, it's much more difficult to track if someone purchased your product because of a postcard they received in the mail, or the television ad they saw on tv. This is very easy to track online using Google Analytics.
Just my opinion, but I think Online marketing is the way to go...of course a combination of both would probably be the best strategy if you've got the resources to do that.
