FROM THE TRENCHES

Here I am about to embark into "Internet Affiliate Marketing" with the confidence to build a successful affiliate marketing business with very little money to spend at this time, and determined not to let my current financial situation slow me down or cause me to become un-motivated.

You are invited to follow along and even put you two-cents in whenever you want.
I will report from the trenches as I go along....slow,steady,and dedicated.

In any Online Community (Forum) you are going to be subjected to both negative as well as positive comments which at times can affect your frame of mind.
Its your choice and your choice only how you react to various postings (comments) as no one else has complete control of what you think, except you.

I am not suggesting that you ignore or use positive thinking as a way to avoid reality in what others comment about because everyone comes across obstacles in their lives.
So in all fairness we should not deny anyone the right to express their fears, frustrations, anger, and uncertainty.....as long as they express it in a civil manner.

Do you agree or not ?

Every community will have its Optimist and its Pessimist.

A Optimist wonders how high a kite can fly.
A Pessimist wonders when it will crash to the earth.

Don't forget = "Your replies give substance to what is written and helps keep a community active.

    Internet-based Virtual Communities
The explosive diffusion of the Internet since the mid-1990s has also fostered the proliferation of virtual communities taking the form of social networking services and online communities. The nature of those communities is diverse, and the benefits that Rheingold envisioned are not necessarily realized, or pursued, by many. At the same time, it is rather commonplace to see anecdotes of someone in need of special help or in search of a community benefiting from the use of the Internet. Virtual communities may synthesize Web 2.0 technologies with the community, and therefore have been described as Community 2.0, although strong community bonds have been forged online since the early 1970's on timeshare systems like PLATO_(computer_system) and later on USENET. Online communities depend upon social interaction and exchange between users online. This emphasizes the reciprocity element of the unwritten social contract between community members. The embedding of virtual community in the experiences of everyday life and its reflection of and influence on the communication practices and patterns of identity formation make online community a colossal research enterprise which requires continuous investigation and theorizing[5]
