    Can I read the book on line?? I have ordered the book and was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get?? And I am on the road alll the time and will not be home untell febuary 2011

    Hi Mate,

    Unfortunately that free affilaiate website is unavailable in australia as we do not have social security numbers. Is there another way around this to set up for outside the us??? The phone number listed does not connect from aus!!!
