Idea to help with conversions!
Posted 12-22-2009 at 04:45 PM by TheDreamer
So today I was doing some studying on how I can help my little problem on converting the visitors I am getting and I learned something that I hope should be a great help!
Term & Conditions: Yes that’s right! I have hardly every looked at these things; if any of you are like myself you probably don’t read them as well. I did just learn a valuable lesson about them though, and why I am going to start reviewing them.
When you pull up the terms, there is usually an area that will explain what our visitor has to do in order to complete the offer. This is extremely important when it comes to the email submit and per lead offers. When you look at this section, and see what they have to do ask yourself the following:
1. Would I fill out that information – If not…don’t advertise this offer
2. Will filling it out take up more than a few minutes? – If it does you have to decide if the offer is worth the time. Remember most people don’t like to use up a lot of time. It’s why they are online instead of shopping in a store!
After reviewing a few of the offers I had running, I found that I didn’t like the term and conditions area so now I am going to work on finding affiliates that I want to advertise.
I will keep you up-to-date on the changes as they happen!

I am also new to Affilliate Marketing, and I am reading the book "ADVERTISING PROFITS FROM HOME". I am watching the VIDEOS, watching the MARKETING VIDEOS, and find myself beginning to understand more of what this is about. I know I have a ways to go, but I am willing to try and go forward.....Jimmy Reed 01/05/2010Posted 01-05-2010 at 03:11 PM by Jimmy Reed

I did learn the hard way. I filled out an endless survey only to find that at the end sof the survey I had to purchase a coupon converter in order to print up the coupons I selected. It took me a half hour to complete the survey and select the coupons, only to find out that I had to spend money in order to print the coupons. Tough lesson.

I myself fill out things for free offers but I hate applying for a credit card or sometimes I don't want to give out personal information, or order magazines or such. So I always close out before filling out the final request. I would say that most people don't read the terms and conditions. It is very important, I know I work at a law firm.Posted 01-06-2011 at 06:56 PM by Anna Marie
