I am curious what makes the "Hot Offers" the hot offers? I want to know if their is logic/statistics behind the products that you suggest we market or do you have a % of commission with these companies that you get paid more of a commission the more we sell?

I want to know if I should really place my money in advertising on the "Hot Offers" or the offers that I feel have more of a success rate of making me that additional income that I need to succeed...

I have so many clicks on one Ad since mid December. But when I look into the commission reports still nothing. First Plus Platinum is the Ad that I have over 100 clicks alone in Facebook. In the affiliate system site I show 30 clicks, I was told from the support team that sometimes it takes a while for something to show up. I started this business a few months ago (well over 30 days) and I have not seen any of my comissions yet. My consultant says that many of the companies takes 30 days or more but how do I know if my marketing is a success? That is a long time to wait especially when I am paying for Google Adwords.

On some of the per lead offers, what all needs to be completed? Email submit offers? How do I know that I am going to get paid for what information I have filled...
