No, I haven't forgotten about my blog or the site! I have however, been trying to decide what product I should try to promote, that will equal conversions. I haven't really had problems creating ads, it is trying to get people to view my site. I don't have the money to pay for promotion (which most sites require) so my ads are usually placed very low. So, on my last entry, I was talking about my love of reading. The comment by Bob_Sims was great! Funny thing is I never even thought of creating a newsletter and doing book reviews! That is definitely an option I am going to start researching and try to do! I would love it, and believe me it wouldn't be hard for me to find books to write about! So, one of the first rules Anthony teaches in his book and on his tutorial videos is to pick ads for things that you know. Like he says if you pick what you know you can use that when writing your ads to pick out the best quality about what you are selling. However, when you decide to branch out and start advertising other products, how do you decide what to pick? There are so many choices, and you want to pick one that other people would want. So, I was checking my adds on some of the free sites that I have been using and I was surprised when I found one of my ads had been clicked on 480 times!! The downside was there wasn't any follow thru clicks, so it really wasn't helping me much. But, at least I know that people are reading what I write! Now, I just have to work on making the ads more attractive. I don't have pictures to post for them which would help tremendously but at least it is making me think and be creative with my words....

So, I was checking my click count today and there are even more than ever before!! Things seem like they are starting to happen. Plus, I am finally finding out which items are getting more views, so that I can start focusing on what people want.
