I may be OLD and SLOW, but I need a quick start, step by step guide to follow to market my first selected product. All I need is to get the first one posted and then maybe I can get this thing rolling. What am I missing? I have read the book and watched the videos. Got a page # perhaps?

Hi to all, i understand ppc, what i don't understand, is what company to advertise for and how to set it up, for example if i was to go to google and set up a ppc account will say for a weight lost company, for me to get a commision, i need to advertised for a company that pays for customer that i send them, right now i'm not looking to making a lot of money, i just want to get started, and i don't know how, what is the very first thing i need to do right now, i already read the book, i went over the website watch the video and so on and still don't know how to get started. thank you

First you need to look all the post in the thread "Here is what you do first!" and be sure you've done them all.

If you are determined to start with PPC then you need to read everything that the advertising platform has to say about using it's serivces. For example Google has a lot of online tools available for marketing. Create your Google Adwords account or if you have a GMail account use your GMail account to log in to Google Adwords. It's going to want you to supply an account from which it can withdraw funds to pay for advertising. There is an option to pay as you go instead of setting up automatic payments. I believe there is a $10.00 minimum, to open your account. Also I think you have to create on initial campaign. Just make up something and immediately put the campaign on hold. Also, I thinkg it is advisable to run ads only on the search network, not the content network and only on desktops, no mobile devices. Save those things for when you become a Google Adwords guru!

So now youv'e got your Adwords account and it is NOT SUCKING your bank account dry! Now you have all the time you need to read and watch everything thing Google has to say about it's Adwords, then search YouTube and other search engines as to what others say about Adwords.

Something to keep in mind with PPC, it is NOT intended for small commission offers.

What do I mean...

Let's assume that you do some basic research on Adwords and you find out that the average CTR for campaigns that use properly reseached keywords is 2%. Then you also find out the a typical sales CR is 5% for a well crafted landing page. Now it's time to do the math. You can use Google traffic estimator. So let's say your ad is shown (impressions) 10000 times. Since the CTR is 2% you get 200 clicks. Let's say your only paying an average of $1.00 per click, that's $200.00! Then CR is 5% so youv'e made 10 sales. If you make $20.00 per sale then you have ONLY broken even!

So how easy do you think it will be for a beginner that doesn't have experience in Adwords or in choosing the proper buying keywords to lose money?

Hi Everyone--NEED HELP

I set the "Lucy's Dog House" up on MSN and I have had it on there a little over a week. I have had 11,049 impressions, avg position-10.90, avg cpc-.10, ctr-.09 Nobody is buying anything from it. I have good keywords and a lot of them. What can i do to get people to buy--is there a special formula in doing this? How can you get the RIGHT keywords? Any help on this I would really appreciate.

I am a newby here and just received your program 2 weeks ago. I know this probably has nothing to do with the thread that I clicked on, remember I am new and feel a bit lost. But I am trying. Anyway in your video where you mentioned about giving out 5K and your Ipod, when I signed up and received the announcement email it states that the webinar date is Thursday July 14 @ 9:00PM EST.
