Hey Lonestar, depends on the landing page you are using. If you are using the landing page inside of the product you are selling. You need to go to the GO NOW BUTTON you click to get inside of the product. Right click on the GO NOW BUTTON and then hit copy shortcut. Then you go and paste that URL into your advertisement and you will see the clicks show up.
Maybe you are using the inside page of the product but using the display URL that shows in the address bar? If so , you will not see those clicks and you will not get compensated if they purchase. To your success, I wish you the very most in your business, thanks for sharing and keep us up to date what happens, someone here can help you get it figured out so it works for you. |

Nope, I'm doing it just as you said. I think it's an internal with Anthony's site because this morning some clicks popped up for March 6 & 7, but I bet I'm missing over a hundred from 3/8 till today.

If you are direct linking, as you state you are, it will be difficult to get the conversions you are looking for w/ Adwords. I would also avoid using PPC at MSN and Yahoo if you are direct linking. You might consider using miva, search123, ask, and ezanga as they are smaller PPC search engines w/ more relaxed guidelines. These relaxed guidelines will allow for better results. And if you use the links in the Marketing Tools Resource Links for these sites you can get a credit if you setup PPC ads w/ them.
However, I suggest setting up some of your own landing pages before really employing any PPC marketing at search engines. So try this first: If you are direct linking try Social Media Advertising (twitter, myspace, facebook), Blog Marketing, Article Marketing, and Video Marketing before doing any PPC Marketing. I hope this helps! Good luck w/ it, I think you'll really like these other marketing strategies, and the results they will bring! |

Thanks for the detailed response. I am doing a blog and article marketing as well as SEO. Trying to cover the bases and see what works best. I did get a slap from Google for using AffiliateSystems landing pages but since I've gone to some larger affiliates they don't seem to have any problems with me.

Thanks for the comment. I don't have any trouble with Adwords,Ask, or Yahoo either.
But, My question is, Why aren't my clicks showing up on DietWatch? I have clicks for 3/6 and 3/7 but nothing after that. My PPC accounts, (Adwords, Yahoo, etc) are showing hundreds of clicks. Whats the deal?????? |

Yahoo is good. The only thing about yahoo is you will need to ad a contact or it will end up in your spam box.In a way I think you need your own personal email box.ghardey
